2. Plans & Payments

Prices are displayed before you complete your purchase. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged.

Some plans or services may renew automatically. If applicable, renewal details will be shown before or during purchase.

3. eSIM Activation

Noma may provide an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card.

You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM functionality and is compatible with the Noma service before activation.

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it may not be possible to transfer or reuse it on another device.

Activation and network availability can depend on your device, location, local network conditions, and supported networks.

4. Network & Coverage

Noma provides connectivity through supported mobile networks.

Coverage and performance can vary depending on location, network availability, congestion, device compatibility, weather, infrastructure, and other factors outside Noma's control.

No specific speed, coverage level, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
